With the holy Eid around the corner, there has been a great exodus from the capital. Thousands of people are leaving for their village homes with whatever transportation is available, to celebrate the Eid with their near and dear ones. Although many people live in the cities for the sake of earning bread, at this time of the year, their attraction for the city life fades out in the face of magnetism for village home. The railway stations, bus and launch terminals are witnessing heavy rush of homebound passengers. Although there are complaints of over-charging of fare at places, the overall situation has been under control due to strict supervision of the joint forces.
